After receiving your mail we will contact you as soon as possible with more information about the return procedure as well as any other information you may need. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of order.
Exclusions
All clearance items are FINAL SALE and will not be considered for return. Customized products will not be considered for return.
Returns after 14 Days
All returns shall be returned to Made Engineered BV within 14 days after purchase. A full refund will be executed within 14 days after a written return statement of the customer.

Warranty
- All Made Engineered / Systems BV systems and associated componentry carry an international twenty-four (24) month warranty against defect and faulty workmanship. Other systems than Made Engineered / Systems BV, delivered by Made Engineered BV under their own labels (i.e. sails), have their own warranty terms.
- Repair works under warranty will be totally free of expenses when made at Made Engineered / System BV’s plant in Staphorst. Anywhere else, or if one or more Made Engineered / System BV technicians are needed on board of the yacht, all expenses such as travelling, accommodation and transport costs, will be charged at cost price.
- The warranty is limited to the repair of defects and does not extend to any damage caused by these defects. Liability of Made Engineered / Systems BV after delivery is limited to her obligations under the warranty. Any other liability of Made Engineered / Systems BV after the delivery is excluded.
- No warranty action will be taken before the systems involved have been paid for 100%, as per the agreed payment terms, or when the defect is caused while taking part in any kind of sail races, regattas or other competitive events.
- Lamps, bulbs, electric and electronic devices by Made Engineered / Systems BV are not covered by this warranty. Coating is covered only when the defect is clearly due its application.
- Delivery time starts when the down-payment is received on the bank account of Made Engineered / Systems BV and when all the required data have been provided by the client to Made Engineered / Systems BV.
